La Grazieria, pasta edition
About:
In her practice, Grazia Gallo explores the concept of home in relation to migration, nostalgia and places of belonging. With her long term project La Grazieria, she aims to create intimate environments for sharing, where participants can play and explore different possible ways of making a home.
La Grazieria, pasta edition is a collective cooking (and eating!) workshop. Every participant is asked to bring a favourite ingredient ( preferably a vegetable).
With all the ingredients, we will come up with new recipes for dressing our pastas. The only rule for this workshop is to work together and have fun!
